Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with Alís. We put as much care into shipping your jewellery as we do into making it. As a small studio based in Cyprus, every order is packed by hand and shipped directly from our workbench to you.
Free Shipping
To keep things simple and transparent, we are delighted to offer Free Shipping on all orders, both within Cyprus and to the EU.
Order Processing Time
As all our pieces are lovingly handmade in our Cyprus studio, please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be crafted, processed, and prepared for dispatch. We process orders from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Cyprus.
Shipping Destinations & Methods
Currently, we ship domestically within Cyprus and to all countries within the European Union.
1. Domestic Shipping (Within Cyprus)
- Carrier: ACS Courier
- Delivery Method: Your order will be sent to the ACS Smart Point or Locker nearest to your shipping address for convenient pickup.
- Cost: Free
- Estimated Delivery: 2-4 business days after dispatch.
- Tracking: You will receive an SMS/Email from ACS when your parcel is ready for collection.
2. Shipping to the European Union
- Carrier: Tracked International Courier/Post
- Cost: Free
- Estimated Delivery: 5-12 business days after dispatch.
- Tracking: Included.
Please note: We do not currently ship to the UK, USA, or Rest of World.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Alís is based in the European Union (Cyprus).
- For customers within the EU: Great news! There are no customs duties or extra import taxes for orders shipped to EU member states. The price you pay at checkout is final.
Incorrect Address
It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address and phone number at checkout. For Cyprus orders, the phone number is required for the courier to send your pickup notification.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for paying any redelivery fees. We are not responsible for orders lost due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Lost or Damaged Items
We package every order with extreme care. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at hello@houseofalis.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will work with you to file a claim with the carrier and arrange a repair or replacement.
